Hey, Ginger...I had a SF FF Vanilla Latte with Splenda today. I swear that WAS the best tasting 20g of protein I have EVER had! I searched through posts this morning to find out what to order. I got a Venti and it was 1/2 caff and 1/2 decaf. I should have went all decaf...I haven't had caffeine in a long time...I could really tell. Also, 2 splendas was too much...one would have been better. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you. We have a starbucks right outside of my office now...so, if I have $4, I'll get one every morning. Shoot, it isn't much more than any other protein drink. I like iced coffee too and mocha...I was thinking, they could make that as a cold drink or a mocha latte too, huh? Oh the possibilities!!!!

Hi Miss Stephanie, Do you know what 'protein' they put in it? I just bought a cappechino machine and would love an idea to make a protein drink I could handle. Thank you ma'am!

I'm pretty sure it is from the steamed milk. There is ALOT in there. I don't think they add anything additional. It is really good though.

Ginger Loves her Green Beetle posted this information on one of the "what did you eat today" posts. I'll see if I can find the actual nutrition info. I'm just trusting her.

Starbucks.com has all the nutritional info. There is over 200 calories in it. I order it every once in a while myself Great drink. Honestly, with the SF vanilla it is already super sweet. You don't need the extra splenda. Also, I like to order mine Extra Hot

Hi Stephanie! I am just now reading the message boards...I've been away for a while! Glad you liked the SF FF Vanilla Latte. Sherry is right, it does have a little over 200 calories, but I also look at it a good source of protein that actually tastes yummy! I could drink one of those everyday, but I don't because of my budget. I do have one probably once or twice a week though. I haven't been to the new Starbucks in Stockbridge yet, but I've seen it and it's very nice. I would guess they could turn that into an iced drink. I think you have to be specific with them though and tell them not to do the "premixed" iced coffees because I think they add a ton of sugar to those. But you are so right....oh the wonderful possibilities!!
