WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY? 10-07-05
Not anywhere NEAR as bad as yesterday.... of course, starting the day with a root canal DOES put a damper on ya! LOL!
B: Protein Shake
L: BBQ rib (2) (had to pull the meat off the bone and eat on one side of my mouth - Little bit of BBQ chicken. Some baked beans
D: some soy crisps..they were KILLER...so not many....I am feeling the need to scrounge now...gonna try to FIGHT it....
(Thanks for the encouragement I got yesterday! Maureen, I completely forgot about my s/f chocs...gonna make my OWN candy jar to have at work.)

This is a wonderful idea. I missed it the day you posted it, but I can tell you what I ate yesterday and today.
Yesterday:
B: (THIS IS HORRIBLE) I had a sno-cone (I love them, they don't make me dump and I was doing volunteer work outside, so it felt good going down) and a few handfuls of popcorn. (The volunteer work was at a school carnival)
D: about three small pieces of Steak, Shrimp and Chicken, Zuchinni and Onion soup (ate off my girlfriend's plate at Beninhanna's)
That was it.
B: 1/3 of a breakfast burrito from McD's
D: (I haven't eaten yet) will let you know.
Weekends are bad for me and I'm not making great choices, but not eating much, will do better this week.
I need to start keeping track so I can do better.
