THIS WAS A TERRIBLE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SOOOOOO embarrassed to share this today, but it's reality, so here goes. Breakfast - quaker caramel quakes rice cakes Lunch- Chick fila chicken strips - 6 SNACK - CANDY! UGH!! I TRIED to fight it Dinner - Baked Ziti and Garlic Rolls only HALF my water. Fit day say: (OMG this is sooo bad) Calories - 2410 Fat - 87 Carb 268 Protein 141 NO FREAKING WONDER I WAS SUCH A FAT COW!!! I used to eat like this DAILY and not think anything of it. Tomorrow is anutha day!! What did you eat today???

Let's see Breakfast 8 oz milk with protein powder, coffee Snack Banana and water Lunch about a cup of spaghettios(bad i know) Snack half a diet dr. pepper Supper Grilled salmon fillet with 1/2 cup macoroni and cheese Snack 1/2 cup peaches w/ lite sugar free whipped topping Had lots of water today Lot of carbs, but when I feel like that is all I can keep down, what do I do? Hey Don't beat yourself up...... Every day cannot be great. You are still losing... you are alot healthier than you were 18 months ago. Life is GOOD !!!!!! You will do better today.. I know you will. Keep some protein bars or sugar free chocolate around for when you get those urges ...(Listen to me.. I should follow my own advice)...

b - Holly brought me a Hazelnut coffe with EXTRA cream and sugar.... l - TWO Ham and cheese sandwiches no snack. d - cheesy chicken - that DIDN"T agree with me.....so I'm not counting it dinner snack....cheesy pasta (no chicken).....about 2 oz....I was starving!!! and two pieces of bread..... A glass of coke and a glass of sweet tea.....no water - no protein. oh - and I had two of the "smarties" candies..... I DON'T want to get fat again! HELP!

I did really well yesterday (the 6th****il after dinner. I stuck with my only 1/2 of a steak and 1/2 of a baked sweet potato. However, I DID have a (small!!) piece of key lime pie. I'd gotten it as a special treat for my hubby. He loves it and it was our anniversary (26 years!!). Anyway, I'll try not to have any more. I was going to bring leftovers for lunch today but forgot them. Sigh. I've had my oatmeal this morning. Now, I'll have to figure out something for lunch. Ann in Duluth
