Breakfast - Unjury Protein Drink/Skim Milk (2 servings-40g protein)
Coffee with Splenda
....
Snack - Soy Crisps
...
Lunch - Chunky Beef with Country Vegetables
...
Snack - Buddig Turkey
...
Dinner - Not really a dinner, but can of green beans
No sugar added Sweet Gherkins
According to FITDAY I've had:
924 Calories
25 Fat
107 Carbs
86 Protein
MUCH BETTER!! I'll probably have a little something later...maybe a little bit of s/f ice cream.
As lean as I ate, I CAN'T believe I am still over the carbs and didn't get as much protein as I would have liked...
HOWEVER...WAY better than I have been doing.
NOW...to get back to the gym!!

Breakfast- 6:00 a.m. 2 wheat crackers & unsweet tea
Lunch - 1/2 turkey sandwich with wheat bread & unsewwt tea
Supper - 3 oz. chicken & maybe 1 1/2 oz. broccoli w/ fat free cheese
water- maybe 30oz. (BAD)
Now I am sipping on my protein drink.
I am on a bus everyday & have field trips 3 or 4 days a week so it is hard here lately to drink my protein drink in the mornings, I never know what it is gonna do to my stomach.

Hey Tami! Just wanted to tell you that I like the updated picture of you, you look so thin!! I didn't do so hot today. Breakfast-Isopure protein drink, Lunch-half a Wendy's junior burger,snack-handful of Funyuns and some of my daughter's coke icee,Dinner-Half a turkey sandwich and hand ful of nuts-get your mind out of the gutter, I know what you were thinking!!!!,but I was thinking it too!!! I'm not sure how much water I got in, but I did get all my vitamins and my exercise in. Love ya! Rachel P.S. The scale in finally moving again!!
