Gym in Warner Robins Area

Hey again! I am fairly new to this area and I am looking for a gym to join. Perferablly one that has exercise classes such as Yoga. I use to take Yoga and I loved it. I went over to Curves, but its not really what I was looking for. Anyone have any suggestions? I also do not want to pay an arm and leg for a membership either. Thanks.

Good morning, You might want to try the YMCA in Bonaire. It is at the corner of Hwy 96 and Moody Rd. It is the only place I can think of that might have Yoga. There are alot of gyms in the area, but most of them are just that, gyms. You also may want to go through the phone book and call around. Good luck. Ken

Heya I used to use (and work for) Houston Wellness Center on Houston Road, at the old Houston Mall.... Tell Rick Waite that Marc Phillips sent you and to give you the "Car Salesman Rate".... he'll know what I mean It's nice... mostly older folks in the evening, but at least it isn't a meat market... just a pleasant place to work out... See if you can get your initial assessment done by Brett Moore... he really knows what he is doing. Good luck!

Hey Kim, Gold's Gym on Watson has pilates and yoga, but the wonderful thing about you being a dept. spouse is that you can go to the gym on base for free. They offer yoga, pilates, spinning classes. They have an Olympic sized pool. It's an awesome facility. Have you been there yet? Tonya
