I'll be going out to dinner tonight for the first time since surgery. Any suggestions on the best restaurants? I still can't tolerate meat. I haven't tried fish, so I suppose that is an option. I am so afraid of getting sick at the restaurant. I have managed to avoid this for almost 9 weeks but it looks like I can't get out of this one. Help!!

One time I went to dinner with one of my girl friends, and went to Red Lobster. She ordered her dinner, then I asked to have an 'add-on' on Snow Crab Legs. The crab legs are $4.95 (I think). I had a few bites of her baked potato, and I could not resist three bites of those wonderful cheese biscuits. I only had the cheese biscuit bites at the very end of my meal. With you having to work to get the meat out of the crab legs, that forces you to eat slowly. But at the end of the meal, I was not hungry at all. Hope that this helps you. Norma
