Supplements we will need!!!

Hiya Jackie! I am taking 2 Centrum for Kids, 2 Caltrate 600 Plus, 1 Iron (do not take at the same time as with the calcuim) and when I do not get my B12 shot, I take a sublingual B Complex once a day. I bought all of it at Walmart. Hope this helps and good luck with your journey! Be Bless!

You are welcomed! There are other brands and places you can go. But I basically live at Wallyword and those are the ones that I picked. I also asked the doctor about the Caltrate. They said it was fine. I really like the taste of the Caltrate 600 Plus. Its almost like being able to eat a piece of candy, lol Good luck with your process and please keep me informed. Kimberly

Hi Kim, Are you crushing the calcium and the iron or are you able to take them whole? Thanks

My calcuim is chewable and they taste pretty good. As for my iron, I cru**** into a powder and mix in with my apple sauce. The one that I have really doesnt have a taste. But remeber, you cant take the calcuim and the iron together. They counteract each other. Hope this helps. Hugs!
