WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY? 09-23-05

Man...another humdinger day. This job is gonna kill me before things slow down in January. Ok... B- Sonic Ham & Egg toaster (no cheese - add bacon) S - Low sugar oatmeal L - Sonic chicken fingers - tater tots D - Zaxby chicken fingers - didn't eat the fries but did eat the bread THE WORST...ate a Hershey's candy bar. It promptly put me COMPLETELY to sleep and I was VERY late to the football game. 30 oz of water. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DAY. No protein shake, very little water. I am going to the grocery store to get my fruits again, and get stuff so I can get my act together come Monday. I have GOT to find a way to get back to the gym, and quit letting work rule my life. I am burning out very very quickly. HOWEVER!!!!!! I AM wearing a new pair of size FOURTEEN jeans. YES..they are VERY tight...and I have to wear a loose shirt, cuz that lovely belly 'o mine is being a big ol DUNLOP over the top! LOL! BUT...I AM wearing them! LOL! Howz about you? I've fessed up and was VERY honest. Come clean. It's kind of cleansing. I have tried to be more cognizant of my confessions here. It makes me realize I HAVE to get my stuff together, because I don't want to be on here for months on end, showing newbies how much trouble I am having eating. I have to do this FOR ME, and to show newbies that we CAN control ourselves. I WILL WIN THIS WAR BETWEEN ME AND FOOD!! Tami

OK..Here it goes...my first post. Actually, this was a pretty good day for me....maybe this thread and my earlier post made me think a little. B- med banana, package of peanut butter crackers, two cups full leaded coffee w/ creamer and splenda s-banana l-3oz baked mediterranian salmon, adriatic salad (articokes, onion, bell peppers, other veggies in a vinegarette), along with italian salad...had 2 small rounds of mozerella, fresh basil and tomato, 1/2 piece asiago bread w/ unsweet tea and had a chocolate croissant on the way back to the office(go**** was good!) 3 small chic-o-sticks s-finished 2oz salmon, few bites adriatic salad and italian salad (2 more cheese slices, basil, tomato) d-2 corn tortillas with stewed chicken(about 2oz), few bites of rice and beans with unsweet tea 1/2 take-five bar nibbled on son's left over chicken burrito (tore off a good chunk) a bowl of apple jacks 40 ounces water There...that felt good to be accountable.

OK, lets see.... B: 1/2 of a Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit L: about 1 cups of roast and gravy (was craving some meat really badly) D: about 2/3's of a Quarter pounder with cheese and about 15 french fries. I tried to eat more of them, but just couldn't squeeze them in. Dessert: A NSA Carb Control Ice Cream bar Another late night snack: Philly Swirl Sunburst cup. Only about 48oz of Crystal Light Orange Sunriser Had all my vitamins, and with me being sick, I have also had all of my Antibiotics for the day, as well as he steroids, and pain meds too. The good thing is I think I may have finally broken this plateau I have been on for the last 8 weeks. I actually have lost all of what I was fluctuating, plus one more lb. Now I just have 3 more lbs to get down to a 'normal' BMI. And 16 lbs to my surgeons goal, and 26 lbs to my own personal goal. Hugs, Susan 285/181/155 (-104 lbs)

b - 2 cups of coffee.... snack - baked cheetos...about 1/2 a bag l - soft taco from taco bell & about 1/3 of a burrito. d - chicken cacciatore (sp?) dessert (It was my sisters birthday) a cupcake! I drank about 20 oz of water and about 20 oz of kool aid. That's my ugly truth.... Dee Dee

I think I have purposely forgot everything I ate yesterday Breakfast - scrambled egg with 2 strips of bacon Lunch- Salad with grilled shrimp S- Bag of doritos D- I honestly cannot remember what I ate... Whatever it was I am sure it was crap/snacks S- I remember having an Atkins protein bar Definitely got in my vitamins/protein and water though I have stopped using Fitday.com to log my food. I WILL start this again on Monday. Also, I have made an appointment to talk to someone about why I am sabatoging myself with snacks. WIsh me luck
