*Sex after WLS?*
No thanks necessary!!! I'm always willing to do my part to strengthen marriages. Dad had me grade papers from his sex ed. class (Christian college) for him as a young teenager. What a minute, I think it was called "Marriage and the Family." Needless to say, it may have adversely affected me. ;-(

I'm not sure whether or not he fell. When he is in the inclined position, I try not to notice. Eye contact might give him ideas. I was taught NEVER to say I have a headache. Truly, that's the kind of things you learn when a parent gives marriage counselling. EEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Here's a hint, if you really have a headache, avoid toe contact. Socks don't work! I am just kidding...I promise. Dear hubby is going out of town Saturday. I really think I have a headache. ;-(
I have a feeling I may be in trouble with the board monitors. Sorry folks, but I was also taught that sex is a gift from God!
Let's keep these little talks a secret, girls!
Hugs,
Becky
OMG - I have to cover my eyes and my ears!!!! All of this talk about sex!!! I'm such a good girl I'd NEVER do that....I'm not married....there's NO SUCH thing in my life as premarital sex!!!!! (I'm not sarcastic either am I?)
My doctor said after a week things should be okay - but it would really be up to me and my partner....
I didn't have a partner at the time - waited a "bit" longer than a week...LOL
Reminds me of an "embarrasing" moment I asked my doctor......I asked him how long I needed to wait to get back on birth control....and in the next minute (I'm Catholic..let me preface by saying he is too...LOL) I asked him how long I had to wait to receive communion at church. I thought he was going to fall over when I asked those questions back-to-back!
Okay - now that I've told one of my "blonde moment" stories.....
Post op sex is da bomb...so I've been told!

With so many "new" forms of birth control that no longer have to be ingested I'd ask the female doctor to look in to those methods for ya!!! (The patch - the ring, shots...etc.)
I was told that while we are in the "rapid weight loss" mode that we don't want to be on BCP because it causes extra hormones and can actually slow down the weight loss process. My doctor told me he didn't want me to attempt the pill again till I was 18 months out....which is still 2 more months away....
Good luck with it!!!
