I got a Date

Well my time is almost near, I finally got my date****Drum Roll****, OCT. 17th, 2005. I am SOOOOOOO excited. I was required to lose 10 pounds and I lost 11.5 YIPPEE My complications class is Sept. 29th and my Pre-op Oct. 12th, I am sooooooooo that my day is finally coming. I could have gotten a week sooner but due to DH not being able to get off I'll settle for the following week. Just Pray that I'll feel ok to make the Oct. 22nd gathering, I'll be an official "LOSER" by then. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Hugs, Melissa

Thank You so much Susan, I can't believe it myself, I am sooooooooo on cloud 9, just gotta maintain this weight now til surgery, but I don't think that will be to hard. Hi Melissa.... I know at a week out, I could not have made it to the monthly get together. I couldn't even make it to a hockey game, and I sure wanted to be there. If you can make it, great, but don't feel like you have to be there. There will be plenty more ahead of you in the months to come.
