WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY? 9-20-05
Ok..so I am late doing Tuesdays...but I was at THE PAUL MCCARTNEY CONCERT! WHOOO HOOOOO!!! It was FABO!!
I had the day from you know where yesterday, so eating was AWFUL.
I had:
2 (yes 2) Venti Non Fat Mocha Starbucks with no Whipped Cream - Triple shots.
Very little water.
Ate a package of deli chicken
3 small squares of cheese.
Just enough red hots to BREAK MY FREAKING TOOTH!!!
3 glasses of white zinfindel
Went to Ted's Montana grill and had BISON pot roast! It was NUMMY!
(Oh yeah...ran into Ted Turner there...got my pic OF COURSE!!)
That's it.
However, I HAVE dropped a pound. Musta been from all the walking and dancing last night! YIPPEE!!!

Here is my day
Started with a protein bar
Had about 3.5 oz chicken salad, baby spinach leaves, and 1/2 hard boiled egg with tomato and some broccolo for lunch
Had the left over salad and 3 oz of chicken salad for dinner.
Had a handful of trail mix and some more of those darn cookies again.
I am having a hard time keeping my hands off the snacks.
I did get in most of my water, and all my vitamins. I did my daily 1.75 miles walk during lunch, and did 2 more miles after work.
I guess it is a little better than the day before, but still not where I want to be

Here is what I had yesterday:
B: 1 piece of morning star farms soy sausage
S: Piece of string cheese and 2 whole wheat crackers
L: 1/4-1/2 cup of chicken salad from Chik-fil-A
D: 1/2 a pack of tuna with some shredded cheese
S: 4 crackers
I didn't have any extra protein yesterday, but I did have all of my vitamins and a TON of water.
I drank some coffee today for the first time...it was mostly decaf with a little bit of cream...I'm paying for something now with gas pains.
What do you guys think about what I'm eating? O.K?
Oh, I had my one month appt. yesterday. I gained 3 pounds! She said not to worry it was probably jus****er...I had drank a lot and it is that time of the month. I was a bit dissapointed, but I do get to go back to the pool tonight!!! YEAH!!!!
I LOVE Paul McCartney!!! We were at his last concert in Atlanta, and he is AMAZING!!! Gregg waited to late (after 10:00 am) to buy tickets.
b - 1/2 strawberry cheese muffin, 8 oz. skim milk
s - grapes
l- 4 little lobsters and three scallops
s - many dry roasted peanuts (lightly salted)
d - three buffalo wings, carrot sticks
s - two cheese sticks
64 oz. Diet Vanilla Coke (still problem)
I took my vitamins.
I've weighed the same amount for three months, give or take a pound. I KNOW I needed to drink water. I don't WANNA!!!! Wah!!!!
