WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY???

As part of my "I CAN DO THIS DANG IT" program, I am making myself accountable to all you guys as to what I am eating... And... we can all get ideas from one another as to what each other eats, and maybe see something and go..."HEYYYY... I didn't think of THAT!! I'll have to try it!" Never hurts to share. Now..I warn you... I NEVER measure what I have.... I know...I know...but I am WAY too A.D.D. to mess with that. Here's todays...(Trust me... I KNOW where I went wrong...but...Hi, I'm Tami and I'm a Food-a-holic") Monday: Breakfast - Unjury shake - 16oz of milk - 2 scoops protein powder 2 - 16.9 oz water between breakfast & lunch Lunch - 1 pkg of Budding Turkey lunch meat - 1 South Beach protein bar 1 - 16.0 oz water Left work at 2:30 for an agency appt. On the way, drank ANOTHER protein shake...TRYING to pack in the protein since I have not been getting enough lately.... HERE's where we lose it....... Had an agency appt.... got done at 5:30...was STARVING (ok..ok..not really, but I thunk I was) Stopped at the QT for a tank of gold, I mean gas and picked up a big bag of Lay's BAKED chips. Ate MOST of them... However, DID also pick up a 51 oz bottle of water, and have almost finished it (I am back at work..ugh) Dinner - Venti NonFat Mocha (no whip cream) Starbucks with extra shot - I gotta work ALLLL night...needed the caffeine. However, am no longer hungry...so the food is done for the day...still drinking water. *SIGH*.... I TRIED to be so good today. I fell off the wagon this evening. I need to go get some fruit so I can munch on it instead of those satanic chips. OK...YOUR TURN!!! Do tell.

measure? whats that? I have a small amount of lasagne for brunch a ham and swiss on my way to work @ 2:00 and now a Ruben water all day. Whats missing? Yep you got it, my protein, fruits and veggies

Okay, here's the truth, and it's not pretty! Please be gentle! B - very small bowl of Life cereal, 6 oz. skim milk, several blueberries S - 2 Stringsters...the kind with riddles on the package Another S - 2 Hershey's with Almonds cookies (only two because that's all that DH left in the package) L - 1/4 chicken breast (Chick-Fila) S - grapes D - 1/4 salad, 1/2 cheese biscuit, 4 oz. lobster and scallops (Guess what I am eating for lunch tomorrow?) S- small, small piece of banana nut bread Diet Vanilla Cokes - 36 oz. all day (big problem) Water - 6 oz. I did start new vitamins on Saturday...Shaklee via Crece. Accountability...hope this helps! Well, this seems like a good idea to me. So here goes. Breakfast.......nothing..I know I still have a hard time early in the mornings some days. cup of coffee...just cant get started without it 20 oz bottle of water around 10:00 Lunch.....four honey bbq wings...baked not fried..... two more bottle of water in the eveing supper was a cup of black beans and rice..planning on having some cottage cheese a little later and another bottle of water oh almost forgot 24 oz of diet dew not a bad day but needed protein... this is a slow day for me though most days i eat way more

Wanna know how REALLY bad I am????? No breakfast.....except my cup of coffee....that's my "natural" fibre!!!! (Works like a charm!) Lunch - Met Holly for lunch to pick out dresses....then to Taco bell for a Beef burrito....that was also my afternoon snack...no way in hades I can eat the whole thing in one sitting! Dinner....two english muffun cheese (lhome made & actate free) pizza....started dinner at 8 just finished at 10 pm. Drank 20 oz of sweet tea and a glass of SF kool aid.... Nope - no water no protein no vitamins and I'm heading to bed shortly... On the upside...my day begins with a 6 mile run!!!!! Gotta burn the calories BEFORE the day starts!!!! How's that for healthy eating!!!!! Dee Dee

Here is my tally for the day: B: 1/2 cup Special K cereal and a pint of skim milk S: South Beach bar L: 1 cup caesar salad and the filling from a serving of quiche lorraine D: 2 oz colby cheese and a slice of low cal bread for cheese toast and a pickle. S: Weigh****chers toffee ice cream bar ( a girl has to have something to live for) And I've got in at least 64 oz water so far today. denise

Dang... I like this... I don't feel near as bad as I did when I first read the thread title... I am so glad I am not alone... B: 1 small cinnamon raisin bagel and 3 strips of bacon L: 5 oz Ribeye steak and small baked tator w/ butter and sour cream D: About 3/4 c. Homemade chicken pot pie, and an extra biscuit. I generally don't have snacks... I do have a protein shake every mid morning, and I did have a Carb Control ice cream bar for desert tonight. I have had atleast 64 oz CL Orange Sunriser, and about 20-30 oz water. My really bad thing is sucking on cinnamon disks... I love those things... Hugs, Susan

I started the day right as well B- Atkins Protein Bar L= Baby spinach salad with some sliced turkey Also had 1/2 a protein drink when I woke up. Then, I was scheduled to do a training class, and brought snacks for my staff to munch... Class was until 7:30...and I ate two or three handfuls of goldfish.. A handful of trail mix... 1/2 of a small bag of chips. (individual bag) And because i did not have my protein in the evening, when I got home I ate 5 or 6 SF choc chip cookies (Gonna kill Jake for buying those...however his intentions were good). 6 or 8 wheat crackers. I am a bad bad snacking girl. I did get in 64 oz of water and all my vitamins though. I will try better today.. I promise

OK Here is what I had this day so far: 6:00 am - 2 string cheese on the way to the club & bottle water 8:00 am - yogart drink, hot tea, vitamins and protein shake 1:00 pm - shrimp, some green beans, some cantalope, water 3:00 pm - beef jerky 6:30 pm - chicken, some green beans 8:00 pm - glass of milk This is what I try to eat during the week. Now I have to admit sometimes I mess up but I do take my vitamins everyday, drink my water, green tea, have most of my protein. Then on weekends I eat a little different but stay with the water and vitamins. Thanks for this trail, it does help Mary
