Heaven in a protein bar

OK folks. I am in heaven. Really. I was in the commissary and saw a new protein bar, so I snagged one to try. I got home and forgot about the bar until 4 days later when I was hungry but not in the mood to cook. I grabbed the bar and it was sooooo good. It is Carb Solutions Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter. 20g protein, 220 calories, total fat 8g, 210 mg sodium, 13g sugar alcohol. Now I know you are thinking whoah 13g sugar alcohol. And normally sugar alcohols bother me too - but this bar goes down without a hitch! (and normally my tummy doesn't like food with lots of that. Hi Kia, thanks for the advise. I'm going to have to give them a try. They really come in handy after work when I'm not in the mood to cook. I also really like the chocolate peanut butter by South Beach Diet, 210 cal, 19 grams of protein but it also has 17 grams of sugar alcohol also but I only eat half of the bar at a time so it doesn't bother me.
