Soy Protein
I was using the Spura-tein ( I think that is how it was spelled) liquid protien but one glass is only 22 gms of protein. Shannon told me to switch to the Whey product for now (But I believe that soy protein is much better for you), so I have switched and I am using the Isopure and I get 40 gms in a serving of it and it is not great but do-able, I mix it in a blender with crushed ice and have to drink it ice cold.
I am eating some kind of turkey meat or chicken (I buy lean deli meats) or tuna and or cottage cheese each day but still having a problem getting 80 gms a day!
I am so craving salads, I guess we have to wait 8 weeks to have salads.
