Ok Ya'll I Need Your Help! Appeal Letters

Ok, I have United Health Care Insurance and they didn't give me any problems with approval for the Gastric Bypass. But, Now that it is time to remove my Big ole Apron (Pannus) it has denied me saying that it is cosmetic. It is truly not cosmetic my plastic surgeon says it is about 10 pounds of excess skin. Yuck! I have to wear panty girdles all the time I can't even wear regular underwear.I have watched this board for over 2 years and I know Some of you have successfully appealed and got coverage. So I need Your help with what to include in an appeal letter to try and get this covered. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!! I love Ya'll, Darlene
