Dr. D's Office...GRRRRR

I am at my wits end with Dr. D's office..........I still haven't got a call back, I called this morning and once again got Yakima's answering machine, I didn't leave a message because she didn't call me back before, but here is the direct number I have that I left a message at, altho and lady named Shawna was on the machine. Call the main number and ask for Jackie - I got much better results with her. They are pretty bad at returning phone calls - this drove me nutts! I also found that the closer to 5pm I would get better results. je

Good luck. It took me 6 months to get a return phone call. I switched doctors for that very reason!

Freedom. had you already been approved? I have been approved (Tuesday Sept. 6th) I was told Dr. D's office would call in 3 to 4 days to schedule a appt. to get my date, thats why I'm trying to get ahold of them. Hugs, Melissa

HI, Melissa, I would keep calling until you speak with a person. I left messages for months with someone who was out on pregnancy leave. Jackie helped me! Keep calling! Hugs, Becky

Hey Melissa, I had a problem with that with one of the insurance cordinators. But everytime I have called the office since then, they always returned my calls within 24 hours (most times within 2). I would call the main number and tell Ms. Barbara who you want to speak to and she will connect you. Good Luck! Kimberly
