YAY! and definitely, praise be to God! You'll do great! The bottom lip thing is probably something to do with the anesthesia...I had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago, and the vein in my arm is still inflamed, and even moving up my arm from the IV! I welcome you to rapid weight loss city!!! It's a pretty wild ride, but I've been great! HUGS!!!! Gretchen

WoooHooooooo! You made it to the losing side! Welcome to the club! Hang in, and remember: One day at a time. It took many years to get to this point, so we have to be a little patient (NOT my specialty) in recovery. Congratulations! Carolyn D.

Congrats Deborah... Welcome to Loserville... It's such a fine place to be!!! BTW, I suspect the numbness in your lip was probably caused from pressure from the tube they put down your throat to help you breathe while you were anesthesized. It should wear itself off in a week or so, but if not, check with your surgeon, or let the anesthesiologist know about it. The hospital can hook you up with whoever that was. Again, Congrats!!! Hugs, Susan
