I am going to my first Body Pump class tomorrow morning (Saturday 9:30 am) at the Gold's in McDonough... are you going to be there to "show me the ropes"? A friendly face would help...

It's not Body Pump any more....It's Group Power. I think I can possibly swing getting there. I've been out of town and have only had limited acces to things and haven't been in almost 3 weeks!!!!! PLEASE Don't shoot me....My work is so shorthanded right now and I got called in early this morning and wasn't able to make it to class this morning! I'm SO very sorry. I hope you did still go!!!!
