Anxiously awaiting

you all know I received the call from Lolita Tuesday saying that she had gotten my Approval letter and was faxing it to Dr. D, well here it is Friday and I'm still waiting on the call to get an appointment for a surgery date. I called Yakima yesterday, left a message for her to call me, but my 24 hrs is almost up, lol......I also e-mailed her around 11:30 this morning, hoping to hear from her soon. I am going waiting. HI MELISSA I REALLY KNOW WHAT UR GOING THROUGH! DR. D IS THE GREATEST BUT HIS OFFICE PERSONELL SUCKS. WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL AND ASK FOR YAKIMA AND TELL THEM YOU WANT TO HOLD FOR HER. SOMETIMES IT TAKES A WHILE BUT WHEN YOU GET HER SHE WILL SET YOUR DATE RIGHT AWAY. GOOD LUCK AND STAY ON TOP OF THEM! BRIDGETTE

Bridgette, they put me through to Yakima's office yesterday and her answering machine picked up, I left a message and it said on her machine "YOU WILL BE CALLED BACK WITHIN 24 HRS", and I wasn't called back. I still haven't got a response for her e-mail either......maybe Monday will be the day she calls Hugs, Melissa

melissa, hopefully you will hear from her monday but dont wait, I would try calling her and they really dont call back in 24 hours. I called her and was on hold 30 minutes but I got her and my date. I think we could do a better job of running the office. they lost my paperwork 6 times! so keep your head up and be very,very, persistant. Bridgette
