loud noises in my belly....

doing much better today.... pain in my right side seems to have started to subside. my incisions are looking better and all in all - things are going well. the weird thing is all the noise in my belly. i feel like my next door neighbors can hear my belly rumbling... my follow up is the 13th. i guess i will have to drive myself to that. i guess i will be ok to drive by then. i am having no problems at all except that well - i just havent had a normal bowel movement since before surgery. its just kinda diarehy..... if thats a word. i guess it couldnt be much more than that because i am hardly eating anything. i walked again last night and tonight i think we are going to venture out to walmart so i will get some good walking in tonight. hope everyone is well and congrats to all who just got approved! this is a wonderful life changing event and i hope everyone makes the best of it. jb watching those scales carefully....

First of all congrats on becoming one of the fine citizens of Loserville...Hope everything goes well...As for what you describing:abdomen rumbling, diarrhea, it's all part of the deal at the beginning. thanks rita. i can see that it DOES get better as time goes by - its just the "time going by thing" that i have to deal with!!!! my middle name is "impatience"!! my only issue is the weight loss. i know i shouldnt be comparing or anything like that - but one step up and my scale says x then i get off and get right back on and it says y. i am about to throw that silly thing out of the window. i KNOW i have to be losing weight considering what a reduction in intake i have - but geeez scale - give me a honest reading already.... jb hates scales but is addicted to them

So glad you are doing better ...Walking is good ...But be careful Wally world is a bad place to get stuck in ...Just make sure that if you are feeling tired you turn around and go back to the car !!! you don't want to get stuck in there !!! Man I remember after my surgery the guy i was seeing took me to the movies and all you could hear was my Belly talking to me !!! it was funny that something so small can be so loud !!!!! but it goes away after about a week or so i think lol laura
