Need name of Psychologist in Atlanta

Anyone have the name of a good psychologist who does the psych-evals for WLS? I can't remember the name of the one I used, and now a friend needs a referral. Thanks! Cheryl

I used Dr. Santavicca at Atlanta Medical Center. I liked him a lot and his specialty is WLS. Carol

Cheryl, at the last minute I had to have an eval from a psychologist ( I had used a MSW previously), and Dr. Santavicca's office worked me in on a couple of days notice. Of course, Pam from Dr. Scarborough's office made the call, though. I liked him a lot, and think he would be very good for someone who is nervous about surgery. The test he gives is very short, and he goes over the questions and answers with you, which keeps you from wondering if you sounded nuts. He is one of the best I've ever seen, and I've seen an awful lot. My daughter has a large private practice in Charlotte, so I've seen them all! Barb
