Hiya Judy! I had my surgery on teh 31st and I haven had severe back and neck pain since I came home. I know its b/c of the way I am sleeping. I am so use to sleeping on my side/stomach. It helps with having all the weight shifted. Now that I have to sleep on my back, I am so stiff I can hardly roll out of bed. You should be able to take some liquid tylenol to help with the pain. My daughter has been great about rubbing my back and helping my muscles loosen up. Walking also helps. Hope all is well.

Hello Kimberly, congrats on your surgery! The back pain seems to fianally be subsiding, wonder if it was just trying to sit up in my chair at work and just maybe I went back to work too soon. It is nice having the three day weekend to finish recovering. Te heating pad was a great idea! You might try that too. je
