Two week post-op check
Hi Stephanie, It really is a struggle, especially the protein. I've been taking Flintstones but I might try to crush my regular vitamin and swallow it with some yogurt. I have b12 sublinguals, which are fine, but I did get a b12 shot from Dr. Duncan's office the other day, so that should last for a month. I've been taking Viactiv calcium chews which are good, but I'm not sure if they are the best source of calcium, and I am still looking for some kind of iron to take. I'll check out your post for some better vitamin ideas. Thanks
