Is Everyone OK??

Wow these storms have been terrible, and each time I hear of a different area that has been hit hard, I think, "Oh so and so is from that area".... So...just wondering.... IS EVERYONE OK??? Love to hear from you all.....

We are okay. We missed church because of the bad storms. Gregg just made us hot chocolate with marshmallows. Now we're cozy! Hope everyone else is okay!?!

Tami, I am doing okay!! But please pray for my cousin (Paula Cannon) and her family, and my Aunt (Dot Brand--her Mom) as they live in Biloxi!! I did try calling them today, finally got a ring tone, but no answer. I just pray that they are safe. Norma

I know that must be very frustrating...I've looked on the Mississippi board, and there have been a couple from Biloxi posting...they have indicated phone and cell lines are down... We are thinking of your family, Norma... Tami

okay - official report I made it through the night...... Let's keep praying for our neighbors to the west in the gulf that they recover well from this. I thank God that he spared our area!!! Dee Dee

We had heavy rain and winds. A tornado touched down about 10 miles from here. Flattened several houses, stores and the new Credit Union along with lots of downed power lines. We are ok. Hope James doesn't get called in tonight. My girlfriend, Theresa, (one of my friends that came up for the wedding) is stationed down in Biloxi and just built a new house. I hope her house faired ok. I know she was evacuated but not sure where she is b/c of the downed phone lines. I saw on the news that Susan Bertrand's area was under a tornado and sever storm alert. Hope she checks in tonight. I'm thinking about you Susan and everyone else. Hugs, Tonya
