denied b/c

decison was made on 8/25/05 denied because bc/bs said i only had 5 months of supervised diet in the past year. i visit my pcp from jan/june consecutive for my s. diet, bc/bs are saying i need notes for july/05 of my s. diet. i am glad i have been continuing with my s. diet visits with my pcp. if this is all they need i should be approved soon.....i called and spoke to several bc/bs reps about my s. diet before info was submitted and i was told from what i told them on the phone sounds like i have 6 months of visits with my pcp, and now it's a differ story.
