100 lbs in 4 months
I am exercising some but mostly it's yard work. I eat pretty much what I want. Always Protien First and NO SUGER! Other than that I have found that I can eat almost anything. The only thing that does hurt is bread (rolls and loaf bread) so I don't eat any bread at all. I really think the key is to start at 400+ lbs. (LOL) That seems to be the biggest difference.
