Hernia question
I've now found a total of 4 hernias that have either popped up since surgery, or are just now noticeable from my weight lose. This last weekend was my latest discovery, a very high one near the top of my incision, but at my ribs. It was aching all weekend like a pulled muscle, but it's definitely a hernia.
At my one year visit in July, my surgeon told me if they weren't hurting to wait till I get a tummy tuck, but since I'm still 274 lbs, that's a long way off for me. I didn't have this achy one at that time.
Should I wait and see if it feels better or worse? I was scared to do my exercises this morning. Any suggestions? Thanks guys!

Well all i can tell you is my girlfriend has this same problem ...She wore are ab band or soemthing to hold her stomach in so it would not hurt and hers really only hurt when she laughed or something and she toughed it out for her TT ...It was hard and she hated it but that was the only way she was going to get the insurance to pay for her TT ....So oh it was a stomach binder i think that she wore during the day !!! but anyways she made it just fine and got her TT and hernia fixed all at once .....but that is what she did .....
