14 Days and Counting
Just wanted to stop in and say hi.
I was online Friday when Emory Clinic came up on my AOL Call Alert, Caller ID, O got SO EXCITED, thought maybe they ahd a cancellation ... couldn't get AOL to release, LOL, had some choice words for the computer, hehehe, so once the line cleared I called back, PRAYING they had a cancellation but Anne (the surgical coordinator) said she had no news but would check with Sonya. She called back about 4 and said it must have been anesthesia calling to confirm my appt on the 8th and as of right now still scheduled for the 12th. We will get a time when we go in then.
Other than that nothing new really. I tried to eat some this weekend but still not an option but I am actually OK with it now. Fourteen days from today hopefully things will be on an upswing and I should be healthy again by the holidays. Everyone stay safe with the storms moving in ... we should get some good winds here but don't think flooding will do much. I'm more concerned with our son who has only been driving a few months. He's a good driver so it should be all good. Huggs to everyone.

Good morning,
You must be pretty excited about your surgery getting so close. I am happy that my paper work is at the insurance company. I didn't think that it would ever make it to that point. I read your profile and you have had really crappy time with your band. Hopefully the RNY will work out and you can get back on track. Good luck and I don't know if your are a spiritual person or not but I will say a prayer for you asking God to protect you and that He will guide the hands of the surgen and nurses. Look forward to hearing about your success. God bless you and have a good day.
Ken
