Help PLease
Hi you all . I need you alls advice . I am amonth and a half out and I am having some seious eating problems. I can't I either get real nausead or I get sick I mean painfully sick I bet I dont eat more then a half of cup of food a day if that. I can drink my water fine. But anything else I just can't. Now in my head I dont even want to eat since I know one or the other or even both will happen.I still try but I am crying just to eat a few small bites and praying with every one. I dont feel hungry. But are we not suppose to be eating pretty well by now? I am scared so is my DH .. I dont know why this is happening . Please what should I do .Also do you know what this is? I hate to whine or to put anyone out . But if you read this and can help me I would appreciate it. I am losing and have lost 46 form after surgery and 54 with my pre-op diet. I can't even enjoy this loss. Thank You to anyone who answers my post.. Love ya all Beth

Call your Doctor, NOW!! This type of eating should not be happening. Be prepared to tell your doctor, when this type of activity started, what you are eating, how much water you are drinking, etc. You did not mention if water is giving you a problem or not. I know that we had our surgeries pretty close together (mine was 6/20/2005), and I am doing really good except for chicken (so I am just laying off that for awhile.) The symptons that you are having sounds like you might have a blockage (stricture). Take care. Now, do you hear me girlfriend!! Call your doctor.

Thank you all .I called my surgeon and told me to come into the office Tuesday at 11:00 . So i hope they tell me what is going on. I am kind of scared . but i am praying . I only want to feel better. I was kind of upset . The PA told me well we gave you a rx for pharagen just take that. But then I said what about the pain and t/u she said oh I didn't know that. I said I told the nurse that. I hope they are better tomorrow or I will be raising cain. I will not allow them to brush me off. However I will be very nice. They even had me crying on the phone and I was at work I felt real dumb.But anyway I will let you all know what happens please pray I dont have to be back into the hospitaial I have no one to watch the boys....Beth
I have a feeling that they will schedule you for an upper GI, so it may be a good idea not to eat after midnight. Maybe you should give them a call in the morning and ask. It would be great if they could get it done on the same day. Beth, I have been thinking of and praying for you all day. I wish I lived closer to help. Please let us know what the doc says. Please be sure to emphasize your pain. You deserve the best care possible.
