Ihave a Date!!!!!
My new birthday will be October 10th. (provided I loose 18 more lbs by Oct 4th) I know it can be done, and I have been living on dark green salads, baked chicken, low fat/ no carb stuff for a week. I also started working out religiously since Tuesday ( when I got my date). Any help or advise on how to loose these nasty 18 lbs prior to surg would be greatly helpful. I have gone thru too much crap to have my date changed.

Yay on having a date! It sounds like you are on the right track for losing weight. It also helps to drink a ton of water, because the more water you drink, the less you retain. If all else fails, you can go get a haircut and an enema!
(I think I could lose 5 lbs that way if I had to!) All kidding aside, it sounds like you are doing great and where there is a will, there is a way. You have the motivation, so let us know how it goes! I only wish I had a date to look forward to! (I'm jealous!)
