Just got out of hospital!

Hi all, just a quick post. I went to the ER Monday night around midnight with severe vomiting and stomach cramps. It was my gallbladder! They took it out on Thursday and I am just getting home. I have to say that the gallbladder surgery was worse than WLS to me. I cant sit up for long, but when I can I would love to compare notes with other who have has their GB out after WLS. Kelly S

Oh, Kelly...I'm so sorry to hear about that. I'm glad you are home. You will get some rest and be back to normal in no time. Take care of yourself.

Kelly, My gall bladder surgery was before WLS (last time I lost a lot of weight). The gall bladder surgery was worse for me too. I went back to work after a week and did okay (and I was old), so hopefully, you will be back to normal soon. I went home and took a nap every day for about two weeks. Big hugs to you!!! Love, Becky

Oh my goodness! I am so glad you are doing better now. I'm afraid my GB is going to. I go gor an ultrasound this week and then a hydascan if the US doesn't show anything. I hope you are 100% real soon. Hugs, Tonya
