Cooking Idea.....

I have been having some fun here.... I bought a Sante Fe Quesadilla Maker at Publix... just your basic compulsive buy... ... so I made a Quesadilla with it... hmmm.. really good... used whole wheat tortillas... .... then another the next night... with chicken and salsa and cheese... and some sour cream on top... Man, really good!! This morning I made a half of one... tuna and cheese, folded over, cooked for 5 minutes... Delicious!! It even makes all the little pie shaped sections automatically, and the sections are sealed so you get these small sections that don't leak melted cheese all over... Double cool! I am gonna like this thing!! Wheee!!... I love new stuff!! Hmmm... Peanut and Jelly quesadilla!

Marc, that does sound great,my nose tells me i'm ready to eat but my stomach says i can't,but you can bet when i can,i'm going to look for this because i love those things.shelly
