Thank you and update

I can't seem to find the original post I made regarding IVs, but thank you to those of you *****sponded. I will make sure to drink plenty of fluids. I did finally get my pre-pre op appt. It is this Thursday at 2:30pm!!! I was supposed to have lost 20 pounds, but I think I have only lost about 10!!! I hope that is acceptable for them. I guess I just kept thinking I would have more time. Also, no more caffeine for me starting today. I had my last iced tea a few minutes ago. Here come the withdrawl headaches. I'll let you all know when I do have a date...I'm supposed to get that information on Thursday. Thank you all again...I'm sorry I haven't posted very much lately....It has been really busy at work and home. Oh, by the way, I'm up for a promotion at work...please say a little prayer that I get it. Thank you!

Yahoo for you Stephie!!!! I will say a bunch of prayers for you and your promotion and your surgery and everything!!!! I really pray for the caffeine withdrawals.... maybe you can drink just a little of watered down tea and get a little relief from the headache? Anyhoo... I'll see you tonight after the gym (I won't let any girls talk to me). I love you sweets.

You two sound like such a cute couple! I was so impressed with your husband's reply that I read his profile and then clicked on his Juice Plus comment. I had no idea what that was - thought it was some like of kid's drink (I think I confused it with Juicy Juice). Sooooo, his sweet comment indirectly gave me some more good info! Stephanie, As like a lot of things, it is the attitude that you have in making changes. A few years back, I was having a lot of bladder issues, and was told that getting off of caffiene would greatly help. Well, right then and there, I changed my drinkng of Diet Coke to Caffiene-free Diet Coke, and to this date I have had less than 5 Diet Cokes. Would you believe, I never experience a withdrawal headache!!! So just make up your mind, that you are not going to have one, and I will be surprised if you do. Take care and may God bless. Norma

Thank you...so far so good. I am drinking Lemon Dasani...I do have a headache, but it will pass. Yeah, i think I'll keep my hubby...he is a pretty special guy. I love him so much...I don't know what I would do without him. So, girls..stay away!!! Thanks to everyone. I'll post after Thursday, and we are planning on coming on the 13th. That will be the last time y'all see this me...I'll be a whole new me the next time.
