Lately I have been trying creative ways to get in more protein since I don't get as much in as I should be. So, after seeing all the posts on the main board about protein balls, I decided to give it a shot. I mixed 1 cup chocolate unjury 1 cup peanutbutter 1 cup oats (quaker oats) 5 packets splenda It was dry initially, so I added about 1 or 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream a little at a time while mixing until I got the right consistancy I was aiming for. Rolled them by hand into balls and ended up with 16. I figured out the protein per ball and it ends up being just shy of 10g each! And they are just the right size for a snack If you like peanut butter and chocolate, give em a try Kia 284/203/155

Kia: I tried a recipe from the main board that is great!!! The are moist. It is: 1 cup chocolate protein powder 1 cup no sugar added peanut butter 1 cup sugar free maple syrup 1 cup oatmeal Stir it all together and make into walnut size balls. They are soooo good!!! My family and friends eat them! I had to tell them that they were not candy. Hope you enjoy Valerie

Yep that is the same recipe I based mine on - I didn't have any SF maple syrup or SF honey so I just added a little splenda and some heavy whipping cream instead lol. I will be buying the SF syrup next time and trying it that way Kia 284/203/155
