My Life

Hi, Everyone I have not posted in a long time, but I lurk everyday. One year ago today at 8:30 a.m. My life change. I decided to take the first steps in saving my life. I was a 364lb 34yo women living with the aches and pains of a 60yo. I had high blood pressure,Gastric reflux,sleep apnea,knee pain,back pain, etc........... Today I thank God for this tool and my new life. I have lost a total of 150lbs. I can not began to tell you how blessed I am. I have been given a second chance to live my life for God. I thank each and everyone on you on the Georgia board. Although you don't know how you touch the lives of everyone that, stop in to lurk. Your words of encouragement and your journey is a great help to me each and everyday. May God continue to bless each and everyone of you on your journey.
