question about Antigall?????

Does everyone who has WLS and still have their gallbladder have to take this drug?(Antigall--I am not sure that I spelled it correctly) I looked this up and some of the side effects from this drug can be hair loss, hair thinning, and depression among others. It does say that these side effects may not last. But, I just wondered if anyone has noticed any of these side effects or talked with their doctor about the neccessity to take this medication. My doctor has prescribed it for six months. I am almost 4 weeks post op. Can someone explain this to me? Thanks!
