question about fatigue and no appetite

Can anyone tell me when you felt the fatigue and having no appetite get better for you? I will be 4 weeks post-op next Thursday and still feel very weak and have no appetite. I know it is probably different for everyone, but I would appreciate your responses on this issues. I hear off people going back to work a few days later after this surgery. I just can't imagine that. I just feel exhausted all the time and also very down. Thanks for any help on these questions. Sincerely, LMW
