Insurance coverage

Does any one on here have insurance with the city of Waycross and do you know if it covers wls? My son just took a job with the city police dpt in Waycross and will have there insurance. He left the state prison system so that maybe his wife could get the surgery. If any one down in that part of Ga know please let me hear from you. Thanks Louise
