Does Anyone Work for Starbucks of Barnes & Noble

Hello, I am in the process of applying for a PT job at Starbucks or Barnes & Noble and I just found out that they give their part time emplyees health insurance. I just wanted to know if anyone works there and find out if their is an exclusion policy in their plan that omits weight loss surgery. Thanks!
