Love my scales again!

I know Cindy!! She indeed teaches third! I've only taught 5th at home to my oldest in a two year stint of Homeschooling (yes, I'm a radical! haha) We did her 5th and 6th grade years at home--so my experience with 5th is limited!! I'm up for the challenge, though!!! I know many of the 5th graders coming up--and it's a wonderful group of kids. Should make for a great year! I hadn't thought about the skorts and wind issues--but you're right!!! LOL!! Yep--it was one of my finer moments of teaching-me with my skirt up on my shoulder and 35 pounds of books in my arms. What a moment. I couldn't look the child that pulled my skirt down in the eyes for weeks. I was soooo mortified! I bet the dinner conversation at their house that night was INTERESTING! ("Mom--guess what my teacher's underwear looks like?") AGGGGHHHH! Hugs.. Michelle
