I know some one who had this surgery a few years ago and they did the protein drinks as a way to loose weight and build up before surgery. Have any of you done this if so what is a good one to use or a good place to start looking atleast?

I started a couple of weeks ago with one that you can get at wal-mart by body fortress, it's WHEY Vanilla, it cost 11.96 I believe for a 2 lb. tub. I love it.
