Hey guys!!! It's been a long time since I've posted. Been working a new job that has absolutely kept me busy. I have been checking in on the message board the past couple of days but not a whole lot of traffic. Hope you're all doing well. I just read on the main board about a "Plateau Buster" and boy did I need that formula... Anyway, it was really good to see that you are all still here. I will be in Tonya and James' wedding in a few weeks and I'm trying to get some more weight off...going to the gym, etc. Hope to see all of you at the wedding on July 16. Talk at you later.
