Anyone taking OptiSource Vitamin & Mineral Supplement?

Is the Optisource ok and does it really contain the iron and calcium and B12 that we needed daily? Thanks guys, Caren

Caren: I am taking the Optisource vitamins, plus a B12 nasal gel once a week and 1 iron gel tab a day, but I am not taking any additional calcium. I am 4 months out and this has worked okay for me so far. I dont have bloodwork drawn again until 6 months out. Kelly S
