Hello everyone, my 2 week anniversary was Monday and I have lost 15lbs in 2 weeks so that's a total for 25lbs gone forever. Everything seems to be going well lately except I can't seem to get my liquids in. I was suffering from dehyration last week and it really took a toll on my body, but I feeling much better now. I have no energy what's so ever. I had more energy after surgery than I have these days, but I know it will get better in due time. Congrats to all that has been approved, became a loser and welcome to all our new comers. Good luck to all. Shon

Hi, Shon, Dehydration is the pits!!! It's so easy to NOT drink after surgery. I had to force myself! I'm glad you are feeling better now. Hopefully, your energy will return soon. Your body's getting adjusted to the quick weight loss right now. Congrats on losing 25 pounds!!! Way to go!!! Hugs, Becky

Hey Shon! Congrats on your first 25lbs! I hope to follow in your footsteps soon! Have you been sleeping a lot? I know I have. Yesterday I got up with everyone in the morning and after everyone left I laid back down around 9am and didn't get up until 3:30pm! I had slept the night before, but that did not seem to make a difference. What are you intaking these days? I think I tried Tuna to soon a couple of days ago. I read everything from Dr. Duncans office and then everything from the nutrionist and then get confused on which I should follow. Have you had any "dumping"? I haven't yet, knock on wood!! I hate vomiting, so I would rather take things slow rather than dump!! You take care!! Valerie

Hi Valerie, yes I have been sleeping alot. My energy level ha**** rock bottom. I have tried tuna and chicken puree. No, I haven't experienced any dumping yet and knock on wood. That's something I rather not experience. So how are things coming along with you so far? Shon

Hey Shon: Things are going pretty good I must say. So far I have had no dumping (Thank God!!) I haven't tried the chicken puree yet. My problem with the Tuna made me nervous! (I was uncomfortable) Now, I did try something that I had read on the message board. My family went to Taco Bell and I got the pintos with cheese and no sauce in a cup! It was good and full of protein!! I love reading things on this board. It has really helped alot! I am trying to get the protein in one way or another. I am still looking for other ways than the shakes. Any ideas? You take care and have a good week. Do you work? If so have you gone back yet? Valerie
