I am on my way

I attended the WLS seminar last night, Dr. Duncan is a hoot, got all my papers filled out and now waiting to get my full body pic tomorrow and in the mail the packet goes. I am so glad that the journey is starting, WOO-HOO. Melissa

Way to go Melissa! I agree Dr. Duncan is a hoot! The day after my surgery he came by with a group of others. He asked me if I remembered what he asked for when he came to see me. I was a little out of it and just looked at him funny, then my boyfriend spoke up and said that I was suppose to smile at him when he came in. (Apparently most people don't smile right after surgery) Dr. Duncan "cracked up" and told the group with him it is good to know that someone listened and learned from him!! So I smiled and told him I had gotten my teethed cleaned the day before just so I could smile for him!! He laughed again and said that made his day! I wish you lots of luck and hope things happen quickly!!! Valerie

Melissa so does that mean we are gonna have a race to see who can leap to the otherside first? That sounds like an X Files episode! LOL Sorry could not help it. Your just as anxious as i am so wouldn't suprise me. My packet is on it's way and i can finally relax for 8 days then time to bug my poior PCP. My PCP is so stressed my orgiional Dr is in Iraq right now and he is running this big practice all by himself with a nurse practioner. Hmmmm should i bake a cake for him maybe he won't forget all my stuff that way. Oh well just a thought
