Vacationing in Georgia...OH MY!!!!
I've been away for quite a few days and have just returned from a wonderful vacation with my family. IT WAS AWESOME!!!! We first went to Savannah Georgia which was totally awesome. I can't even begin to explain the rich history that town holds. We ate at Lady and Sons owned by Paula Deen and even had an OH Alabama lurker recognize me and come over to talk to me. (Sharon if you see this, please email me) River Street, River Walk was very nice as well. We went on a Haunted House Tour in an old Hearse that was incredible and also ventured over to Tybee Island to see the beaches and visit the LIGHTHOUSE and museum. We climbed that lighthouse all the way to the top. The view was magnificent. We spent 3 days in Savannah, then went over to Valdosta Georgia to meet up with the Nazarene Youth group from Phenix City, AL to go to WILD ADVENTURE theme park and animal safari. OH MY! That was WONDERFUL. We spent 2 days at the park. It was great. Then last night we drove over to Phenix City and spent the night Grandma's Bed and Breakfast, then attended church this morning with Holly's boyfriend and family. We've visited that church on several occasions and know many of it's members from church camp and meetings and such. We then had lunch at the Cracker Barrell in Opelika before returning home. It's so good to be back and know that I've been missed and been looked for. I've missed you all like crazy! It's good to be HOME!!!!
Love to you all,
Elle

You are about the 3rd person I have heard this past week that went to Savannah, and now I am jealous and want to go!! LOL!
I'm glad you had a good time, and I hope to see you at Six Flags on the 25th!!
Take care!!
Tami
Well!!! Welcome to Georgia. I am so glad you had such a great time in our great state. I like to hear about it when one of our neighbors have a good time on this side of the state line. If you ever get a chance, you should check out some more Coastal Georgia and the North Georgia mountains. I hope that you can come back and stay a little while, we would love to have ya'll. Again, thank you for the kind words and have a Blessed day.
