I grind my flaxseed and add it to my morning oatmeal. It has a nice nutty flavor. I know some folks like to mix it with peanut butter. Make sure you grind the seeds because if you don't you won't benefit from it. Whole seeds come out the way they go in. Grinding the seeds releases the beneficial oils. Same problems here. I found that having just one Atkins Advantage bar during the day helps tremendously... gives me 20 grams of protein, and anywhere from 7 - 11 grams of fiber. It's the ole' 2 birds with one stone thing.
Hang in there. You'll get through it... or should I say, it will get through you?
