I can't eat just one!

Has anyone tried this? They are yummy! Good carbs, great fiber, and some protein. Shouldn't do it all the time, but it is very good! Put a small amount of olive oil in a non stick cake or pie pan. Throw in a drained can of garbonzo (chick peas) beans. Sprinkle with salt. Toss around to coat with a thin layer of the oil. Bake until they are crispy. Usually about 15 minutes on 350. Yummy! I thought about garlic salt, or parmesan cheese afterwards... Happy eating!
