Well THANK YOU Tammy, actually I am feeling better already, I thought to myself with this med I am on and this weight I'm gaining, I'm going to start doing protein shakes. I have done them now for 3 days and boy do I have more energy, not to mention a 3 lb. loss instead of a gain, in a week, YAYYYYY ~Melissa~

I haven't finished reading posts yet...so someone might be doing the June get together (maybe on the Southside). Also, I wanted to tell you....what a handsome son you have!
