not feeling full
Hi Nicole...
Are you eating any dense proteins? I remember early on, when I was eating a lot of soups/soft foods, etc., I didn't feel full either.
I find that chicken fills me up quickly...that sort of thing.
Just a thought.
Don't worry girl...YOU KNOW how much you are supposed to eat.
It's funny... I posted something VERY similiar to this about just about the same interval as you...and someone told me, it would come...because the nerve endings in your stomach are still healing and you don't always get that full feeling that you thought you would get. But that as they healed, you will begin to notice the "full" feeling. I think it was like 2 days after my post, I had my first meal where I ate just a few bites and was like, UGH!! TOO MUCH! LOL!
Hang tite...don't eat more than you know you should, and it will come!
